Fundamental Sports Training can provide much more than our specifically tailored individual basketball instruction... Our other services include:

Small Group/Family Instruction - We still consider any group between 2 - 4 players as private instruction since the attention level is still very high. This allows for a more affordable lesson yet maintains the adequate focus needed in order to make a difference with our clients.

Team Instruction - (up to 15 players) Give a breath of fresh air to any team or program by having FST attend a practice. We will come in to drill, skill, and teach your team the necessary skills that often go overlooked through the course of a busy season.

We will specifically design a session that will coincide with your team's style of play or in an area that your team may need improvement on. Try us out!

Player Consultation - As a free service, our lines are always open. Call or Email FST or your specific instructor with any accomplishments or struggles you may be having out there. We want to hear how we are helping or how we can better serve you. WE LOVE FEEDBACK!

		We will never contradict any game strategy set forth by the head coach. The X's and O's are the coach's job, but our goal is to come in and give your team some new and exciting drills and offensive tactics that will make an immediate impact to your team's quality of play. We will specifically design a session that will coincide with your team's style of play or in an area that your team may need improvement on. Try us out!
		Guest Lecturing - FST also provides large group lectures and/or demonstrations that are a huge hit at many prominent summer camps and clinics. We educate and motivate your group on any aspect of the game but specialize on how develop a winning practice regimen. Each camper will walk away with a recommended workout that they can immediately start incorporating after your camp! Call us for more details. Live Game Analysis - FST can also attend a client's game and thoroughly evaluate performance. This allows us to see what truly happens when he or she is in a live and high-pressure situation. Encouragement and constructive criticism will be provided for player improvement. This service also improves our ability to properly train our clients and design the most effective workout possible.
