Fundamental Sports Training offers qualified, energetic professionals rewarding opportunities in a positive environment. Our instructors are committed to quality of service, show a real interest in athletic education, and enjoy being part of their student-athlete's success.

We are currently looking for Nassau & Suffolk trainers in the sports of basketball, lacrosse, soccer, & baseball/softball.

We look for people with a wide variety of backgrounds and skills who want flexibility in their lives and who want to teach the something they truly love.

Expectations

  • Availability: Ability to instruct multiple 1 hr sessions per week. (three or more sessions preferred).
  • Motivation: A genuine commitment and desire to assist young people in achieving athletic success and working towards their goals.
  • Open- Minded: A desire to learn new aspects of the game and to use the terminologies consistent with other FST instructors.
  • Character: An ability to be a strong positive role model, leader and mentor.
  • Responsibility: A professional, mature, responsible, and positive demeanor.
  • Professionalism: Conscientious completion of documentation, prompt and prepared arrival for appointments, timely responses to phone messages and e-mails.
  • A desire to make a difference in another person's life!
